FAQ
How many outfits + locations can I have?
You can try to fit in as many outfits as you'd like!! I've seen people take photos in 1 outfit or even up to 4 in 1 hour!
A typical 1-1.5 hour shoot will allow for 1 location. I will help location scout with you so we can find a very versatile location to shoot in!
Why do I need to make a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before the shoot. This is to secure your session so no one else can take it! I do not put sessions into my calendar unless the deposit has been paid. The other half of fee is due on the morning of the shoot via Paypal/e-transfer/etc.
I need to cancel / the weather is CRAZY!
If the weather is insane/act of God/photographer illness, etc you can use the deposit to reschedule the shoot or get the deposit refunded. Please note: if you need to cancel or do not show up, the deposit will not be refunded.
How will I receive the files?
You will be sent the link with your photos! You can then download, save, and get them printed if you wish. The link remains active for 1 week so make sure to backup & save your images! I will send you an email a couple days before the link expires. I clean out my files every couple of months and cannot guarantee your photos will be backed up (although I try my best!)
What is the turnaround time?
My typical time is 14 days though I try to send them to you sooner than that!
